Cognizant Technology Solutions — cleared interview but offer letter not released

I gave my interview in Cognizant on 18th April in Manyata tech park Bangalore.
I cleared 4 rounds of interview- 2 technical, 1 managerial, 1 hr round.
Package was discussed and hr said they will release offer letter in week.
But as of now Offer letter is not released by CTS and when point of contact is not answering call.
What should be done in this case?

I was attending interview 2nd June 2018 at Cognizant. I was cleared technical round and also attend HR round same day. Unfortunately I have no received any status mail till now.
