Cognizant Technology Solutions — Cognizant - Delay in Offer Letter

I have completed my interviews (on 26th June and 3rd July 2021). I have also submitted CIS Form on 19th July 2021, but haven't received the offer letter yet.

Can you please tell when I can expect the offer letter.
