Cognizant Technology Solutions — cognizant offer letter not received for hadoop developer position

Hi,

I had attended interview for big data hadoop developer position at cts, thoriapakkam, chennai facility on 21st july 2019. I had cleared 3 rounds (Technical, manager, hr) of interview on the same day. Even salary negotiation also done. Hr told that i will receive my offer within a week.

I had received mail from cognizant tag team saying "my application kept on hold" on 24th july 2019. Again, got a mail to from tag team asking me to join the live interview and fill some form with photo on 29th july 2019. I had done the procedure on the same day.

Now, almost 18 days passed since last communication received from cts. I don't know when will i get my offer letter.

Please tell me, when will i get my offer as am fully depending on this offer.
