Cognizant Technology Solutions — cognizant offer letter not received for interview on 07th apr 2018 at okkiamthoraipakkam(chennai)

My name is Katasani Sankar Reddy, I was interviewed on 07th APr 2018 at OkkiamThoraipakkam (Chennai) for Mainframe developer in cognizant.
I cleared all the rounds and including hr round. They made me fill a form with all my details on the same day.
Hr told me that with in 1 week i can expect the salary break up and once i accept it i will get the offer letter with in 2 weeks.
Its been 3 weeks now and i have not received any reply from them.

Kindly let me know sir what is the status of my offer letter.
