Cognizant Technology Solutions — delay in offer letter

I have completed the interview process with cognizant on 13th april 2019 with final round of discussion with hr.
During final round of discussion it is being informed that i will get offer within 2 weeks.
Now almost 3 weeks completed from the date of the interview and still i have not got the the offer from cognizant.

Can you please confirm when can i receive offer letter from cognizant as my last working day is 10th may 2019 and wanted to join cognizant asap.

Cognizant is a big organisation, they hire n number of employees daily, so it is not easy for them to release the offer letter immediately. I takes time. According to my experience it will take 2-3 months roughly. Not more than that.
