Cognizant Technology Solutions — Delay of offer letter

I am Vinimol Varghese. I had interview with CTS on 18 th November 2021. Then I got mail from Amritha.[protected]@cognizant.com to upload cis documents. I uploaded all the documents.

I had an another offer from Wipro. Their joining date was on 22nd December 2021.I had done all the formalities in Wipro . They had sent me laptop also.

I got hr call from cognizant on 21st December 2021 .They told me they will release offer with in two days. That's why I declined the offer from Wipro. But I didn't get offer letter till now. I already lost offer from Wipro. Cognizant hr didn't give me at least a confirmation mail. I trusted their words. I called her and also mailed her. But no response
