Cognizant Technology Solutions — didn't get pre joining formalities mail

Respected sir/ma'm,
I got the offer letter mail on 29th january 2020, but didn't get pre-joining formalities mail, although all my friends have got that mail. I haven't receive prejoining formality that's why i can't upload the documents. Please kindly revert back.
