Cognizant Technology Solutions — didn't receive offer letter

I am abirami, i have attended cognizant offcampus interview for service desk-engineer trainee position at srm college, chennai on march 2, 2019. I have received a mail stating "you have been shortlisted and will receive your offer letter within 2-3 weeks". And now 1 month got over, still i didnt receive any mail regarding offer letter. Candidates who attended with me have joined cognizant last month itself. Please let me know the status of my offer letter.
