Policies and rules are there in every company we all know about it. But what happen if someone is suffering a very critical medical issue?
HR of CTS, they are like once you get into the office they will not listen any problem of employees. I am suffering a critical health issue still they are not changing my office location within kolkata. I have sufficient proof for that, they just not interested to see it, to verify it.
I mean without any resource how company will work? They are HR only to help employees personally and officially.
I want to escalate some of them, they are also women and they didn't understand another woman's medical issue.
Only thing they can tell, "you can take leave". We all are here to support our financial conditions of our family.
Salary is too less and apart from these they are not even considering it.
