Cognizant Technology Solutions — External portal is not working after receiving the doj

Hi,

I'm Ayyappan.My candidate id is 12235313. I have accepted the offer and uploaded all needed documents and got the doj onboarding related mail. After that I'm not able to login the external cognizant portal. My DOJ is 24/may/2021. Kindly provide the solution for this.
