Eye Problem due to Over Pressure in the cognizant company.I need doctor's disability certificate what is the percentage of disability? Due to overpressure in the office in our project one of my eye got affected ie, nerve got damaged. I tried to inform higher officials but no response at all. I have been terminated from cognizant Now I am jobless Sir. Cognizant Employee Situation

Sir my self - Amarr Kannthh Reddi Kosgi ( [protected]@gmail.com) worked for cognizant from India with mobile number [protected]
With my Id [protected]@cognizant.com.

While working in the cognizant, one of my eyes got damaged and this has no cure at all.

Also, i got terminated from Cognizant due to performance issues.

Now I am jobless and my situation is very pathetic. I am also struggling to get a job opportunity to take care of my family well being.

As, i was the cognizant employee, i
request you to understand my situation and help me by providing any employment opportunity which can save me from the situations i am facing now.
