Cognizant Technology Solutions — Food card balance to be credited

Preciously I had complained that I lost my food card.Now I have got a new food card and could you do the necessary to transfer my old food card of Rs.2790(my last transaction -Your HDFC Bank Visa FoodPlus Card Card ending with XXXX7530 has been reloaded with INR 1500.00 on 31-DEC-16 09:12 AM. Post Reload Card Bal is INR 2790.33.)

I have enrolled the following policies in the portal, but couldn't enrol the same with the employer since it is popping up with the statement "no policies enrolled". Policy details[protected],[protected]. Please help me in this regard.
