Cognizant Technology Solutions — foodcard not received

Hi I have applied food card by 20th Oct 2014. As per the information i suppose to get it by 12th Nov 2014. But i still not received the same. Can you please help me to whom i need to contact to get the status. I sent an email to "[protected]@hdfcbank.com" but not getting proper response. Regards Mallikharjun
