Cognizant Technology Solutions — For onboarding pass and date of joining

I am Harsh Tyagi and I got my date of joining on 14 Dec 2021 but due to some technical issues my onboarding pass is not generated so when will I get my next date of joining ? I continuously mail on portal but not get any response
