Cognizant Technology Solutions — interview cleared offer letter did not released

I have attended interview on 14th december 2019 for sql dba position in bangalore. I got selected and at the time of hr discussion hr told me that i will get my offer letter in a week. Today i got a mail from cognizant tag team with heading "cognizant interview status - select" and the body is "confirmation on your offer will be subject to the need for an additional interview / client interview / approval from the business unit"

6 months before also the same happened for me.

Here anyone got offer letter after getting select mail with this body
