Cognizant Technology Solutions — Interview Process

I was referred to Cognizant by one of my friends. I was contacted by one of the HRs name Gnanadesikarajan Marisundaram of Cognizant for details collection. Once, I provided them with my Experience and other details, I received a mail from the same HR about the Interview process which had a link to Cognizant's Interview Meeting.
The Interview was scheduled on February 9th 2021. I joined the call and the Interview process went for around 40 minutes and at the end of the call, I was confirmed by the Interviewer that I have been selected. And this is a technical Interview and in CTS, they call it the L1 Interview. Once dome with the Interview, the Same HR Gnana contacted me saying that I have been selected for the position and asked me to fill a document which they called Cognizant Information sheet and a HR of email Id Manju.[protected]@cognizant.com will contact me for HR Discussion which, they call as L2 Round. I waited for 2 Months, I tried contacting Gnana, Initially he responded saying that I have been selected and Manju will soon call me and I dont have to worry. After a Month, Gnana started ignoring my calls. I didnt get update from them till now. So I went through my brother's Friend, who is one of the HR's of Cognizant. My Brother's friend pinged Manju through their Office Communication App and he didnt get any response as well. Hence he escalated the issue. Once Escalated, Manju came back with a reply saying that I have been rejected in the L2 Round of the Interview process which never took place.Nobody called me for this L2 and I got rejected in a round which never happened.
