Cognizant Technology Solutions — Issue with EMAIL CODE for Registration process, Onboarding Application

Hi,
I am facing issue when i am trying to access registration page, link send by email after clivking on that link its goes to next new tab and abter giving emai id, I am not getting email verification code, Please help with this. Thanks
