Hi Kolkata Metro Authority,

I tried online recharge of my metro card#[protected] on 26-Oct-2020 11:20pm IST.
Money got deducted from my account but recharge failed.
There after till now on 27-Oct-2020 after 12hours no recharge is showing nor any refund received for failure.

Payment success but recharge failure.

Sms from bank- Your Payment for Metro Card[protected] was successful at 21-Aug-2021 11:57:59 for TopUp amount Rs. 100 having TxnID [protected] and SBI RefNo. CPABAASME0.

Plz refund the amount.
Payment success but recharge faild. Amount deducted from my BOB account Ref no-s17738163 but txn show failed on 26/09/2021 at12.39 pm but amount not yet back on 12/10/2021 aloke roy
