Cognizant Technology Solutions — my offer letter not received

Hi,
I attended an interview at cts Chennai on March 2nd 2019 and cleared all the rounds. At the end HR informed me that I will receive my offer letter in a week but I haven't received yet. Meanwhile I received an email from cts talent acquisition to upload my Photo in one of their portal for live interview After that, I haven't received any updates.

I have written my amcat online test for cts at 25th of may 2019.Still now didn't get any response for that.
