Cognizant Technology Solutions — Name not corrected in Relieving Letter after multiple follow up

My name is Athira S Sabu. I am ex employee of Cognizant. My name was mentioned wrongly in Relieving letter. I got resignation acceptance letter on my last working day but in that also name was given wrongly. I have raised multiple tickets to resolve this issue. My current organization is asking me to correct this as soon as possible.
