Cognizant Technology Solutions — no offer letter/ no update

I have interviewed with cts on 25th of august gurgaon location. I cleared two rounds of technical interviews for aem profile. Its been 1.5 months there is no update afterwards. Even i sent email to hr but there is no response. I checked with the consultant who is following up with them. The hr is saying that they have send the cis link to my email id but i literally i have not received anything not even a single email or a call from cognizant. Please look into this and provide update

have you faced HR round ?
No I haven't got call even for HR round. May I know r u from cognizant.
