Cognizant Technology Solutions — Not getting onboarded

I received my offer letter on 30 aug 2021. after almost two months of waiting I received my date of joining as 10 nov. But even after submitting all the documents before time my onboarding pass did not generate.
At this point this is very frustrating to wait. when i mailed them they said due to middle name issue my pass did not generated. i mean how dumb they can be. All these documents i submit and they cant find out what my middle name is?
now i have to wait again for my new date of joining which god knows when will i get...whether I will get this year or next year.
If you are deciding to choose cognizant bare in mind this will happen to you too. you can better go with other companies where you'll get onboard within a week or two.
