Cognizant Technology Solutions — Not received call from HR after clearing all the rounds of interview

I have been to cognizant for an interview on 12th September 2015 at Bangmane tech park, Bangalore. i have cleared all the rounds of interview and i was told to leave for the day and HR will call me on coming Monday i.e 14th September. But as of now i have not got any response from their end. This same thing had happened to one of my very close friend also. Either they are wasting time of the candidate, or somebody somewhere is changing the details of the candidate from someone else. I strongly believe that the person who was handling all those forms is doing some kind of goo[censored]p. I don't know the name of the person, but i can recognize him from his face.Calling candidate for the interview, and wasting their entire day is really unethical and disgraceful from their part.
