[Resolved]  Cognizant Technology Solutions — NWD DECCHG deduction from salary account

I have a salary account on hdfc bank and at the time of opting for this, I was informed that there will not be any surcharge for this. However in the below transaction, Rs.28.09 was deducted from my account.Please help to get this amount back into my account.Thanks. Please let me know if any further information is required.
