Cognizant Technology Solutions — offer letter didn't receive

Hi,

I cleared my CTS interview on 29th of June, 2019 at DLF, Gachibowli, Hyderabad.
I have also cleared my HR round.

HR promised that they will release the offer letter within 2 weeks max.

It's been more than a month but I have not yet received the letter.
I didn't get HR's number for followup too.

Can someone please help me in getting the offer soon..
