Cognizant Technology Solutions — offer letter not received - interview on 21st april 2018

I have cleared interview (2 technical & 1 hr) on 21st april 2018 at cognizant technology solutions, hyderabad for skill set is peoplesoft hcm and work location is chennai.
During hr discussion, hr assured that you will receive offer letter within 6 days, but still i didn't receive my offer letter.
So, please kindly let me know the status of my offer letter as soon as possible.
