Cognizant Technology Solutions — offer letter not released after hr round

I have attended following interviewed with cts for java-spring developer position
2/12/2017 and 6/12/2017 - technical round
17/2/2018 - hr round [ asv suntech park, 148, rajiv gandhi salai (Omr), mettukuppam, chennai-600096, poc : kamala ]
I cleared all the rounds and including hr round.
Filled cis form.
Hr told me that with in 1 week i will receive offer.
Then in 5/3/2018 - through mail shared cis form and updated resume
Its been more than 2 months now and i have not received any reply.
My humble request to kindly do the needfull to release offer letter.
