Cognizant Technology Solutions — offer not yet received from cts. cognizant interview status as "select" from cognizant talent acquisition (tag) team

I was interviewed on 23rd feb 2019 at baghmane tech park (Bangalore) for spark developer (Associate consultant) role in cognizant.
I cleared all the rounds and including hr round. They made me fill a form with all my details on the same day.
Hr told me that with in 2 week i can expect the salary break up and once i accept it i will get the offer letter with in 2 weeks.
Its been 2 weeks now and i have not received offer from them.

Kindly let me know sir what is the status of my offer letter.
