Cognizant Technology Solutions — Onboarding Pass is not Generating

In the One Cognizant portal my DOJ is showing as 31st Jan 2022 and that's today but still my Onboarding pass is not generated. I don't know what to do next. I am so tensed about my candidature at Cognizant.
