Cognizant Technology Solutions — pf amount not received.

Pf amount was rejected by the banker with remark as "others' on 28/03/2017. However after that i have submitted the requested documents for reauthorizing my claim on 08/06/2017 through courier (Track id: p[protected]. But i didn't got any update hereafter.
Below are the documents which were submitted as per office requirement:
1) a. S. R form
2) photocopy of pass book/statement having bank a/c no./name & address of the bank duly attested by the employer.

Claim id-tnmas[protected]

Kindly look into this issue & provide an update,
