Cognizant Technology Solutions — PF withdrawal - Delay in processing - bad customer service

Hi, My name is Tanmay with emp id 358445, its been 8 months that i have submitted my pf documents, however till now i have not received it, i have mailed to [protected]@cognizant.com in february 2014, they replied me saying that my PF withdrawal request has been processed and the same has been lined up for submission. still no confirmation on that. Kindly look into the matter.
