Dear sir/madam,
On 4th january 2020. I had made payment of rs.3246/- for medical insurance premium to star health and allied insurance co. Ltd. Through netbanking via paytm payment gateway. I have receive message from by bank that transaction for rs.3246/- to paytm mobile solutions private limited has been completed successfully with reference id[protected]. But till date the same payment is not done to star health and allied insurance co. Ltd. I was expecting that being it is not paid to receiver, the paytm will refind this money automatically with in next 7 days but till date neither i received refund in bank account nor it is been paid to the insurance company.
So i request you to kindly revert the same to my bank account from where i made this payment.
