Cognizant Technology Solutions — Regarding hiring candidates

A person named vinod have sent me the mail regarding that we are hiring candidates, is this is true and he say me that i want to pay 6000 every month as instalment. He also said that he is not working in this company as he left from the the company due to personal problems.
As i want to confirm that is this is a true one or not.

even i received this type of mail from a person named vinod. He said that after receiving the interview call letter we have to pay him 4k and after getting selected we have to pay him 6k every month for 10 months. even i want to find out if this is true
