This is Vetrithambi SS. I’m HDFC bank preferred customer ( HDFC bank using 08/08/2012 from still now).
When I applied for the personal loan, your verification team went to validate my details in my older address which I stayed before. I haven’t updated my new address by that point of time when I applied for the loan.

Address: 88 Darshan Flat, Krishnamachari Nagar, 2nd main road, Alapakkam, Chennai–600116 Tamil Nadu
I have changed my new address in the bank records prior to 6 months ago. Hope, verification team validated with my older address prior to this address change.
Request you to look into this and consider my new address for verification. And also please remove my personal loan request which was considered under RIC and do the needful for my loan approval. I will support your all verification Please sir Help me.

This is my mistake. Please resolve this problem ASAP.
