Cognizant Technology Solutions — Submitted documents but not received the call from HR

Hi,
My name is shumaila Ibrahim.
I had a technical interview on 4 Dec 2021 and after managerial round I was asked to submit the documents.
I have submitted the documents on 14 Dec 2021 but I haven't received any call from HR yet.
When can I expect receiving the call from HR.
