I am an ex-employee when I try to access always cognizant portal it says "Sorry we have trouble logging you" and throws the below error. I need to download my documents urgently .
AADSTS90072: User account '[protected]@outlook.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Cognizant' and cannot access the application 'https://onecognizantbcazrapps.cognizant.com'(ENT_onecognizantbcazrapps_SAML_PRO...⇄ in that tenant. I am an Ex Cognizant employee, My LWD at organisation was 10th March 2023. I an trying to login to always cognizant portal for downloading some of my important documents like Exp letter etc.
I am not able to login to my account, it is asking me for the authentication code but the authentication setup is still not done amd I am not getting any codes for authentication.
I had sent several mail to [protected]@cognizant.com but they are ignoring my mails.
I need thode documents very urgently, otherwise I will loose opportunities.
Please help me as soon as possible
