Cognizant Technology Solutions — Unable to login in 1C portal

I recieved the offer letter from cognizant selected as Programmer Analyst Trainee on 30th Aug 2021. I have 2 issues with my onboarding and offer letter.
Issue 1 : My name mentioned in offer letter is not full name(The name on offer letter consists of only FirstName and LastName). I request offer letter with full name i.e RISHABH SURESH GUPTA.
Issue 2 : I am not able to login in 1C portal with the link provided in the mail.It is displaying access denied.

We can see the candidate id in mail of offer letter.
Plz tell me how u solved this access denied error.
Please someone tell me if it is rectified
