Cognizant Technology Solutions — Unable to login into Onecognizant External portal

I am a former employee of Cognizant and I need to download some documents from OneCognizantExternal portal urgently but when I am trying to login into it, an error is displayed as attached in the screenshot.

Therefore could you please help me so that I would be able to login into the portal.
Kindly let me know in case of concerns.
My registered email ID with cognizant is 'vasi.ece.[protected]@gmail.com'.
