Cognizant Technology Solutions — Unable to login to onboarding portal

Hello Team,
I have got offer letter and DOJ is on 22Mar22
And I have submitted all docs for background verification by logging into portal.
But now since from yesterday night Iam unable to login into the portal..
Can anyone of you please help me out..
