Cognizant Technology Solutions — Unable to login to One Cognizant Portal to upload the documents

I am unable to login to the portal for uploading the documents. I am facing the below error message. Could you please help me out by resolving this issue.

Please help me out to solve this issue.

I am afraid of loosing the offer. Can anyone suggest if we are not able to upload our documents within 3 business days then will they reject our offer?
