Cognizant Technology Solutions — waiting for offer letter from cts

Hi,

I was interview for big data on 9 th march 2019.

I cleared all the rounds and also hr told me the offer will be released in a week.

Its more than 1 month and i have not recieved any offer yet.

Again i am getting a link for live interview with cognizant frequently in two three days.

I have filled candidate info sheet in the link.

And when i join the call there is no one in video call.

Kindly help me with my offer letter.
