[Resolved]  Cognizant — unable to get the duplicate pan card - ahepj0361n

Hi Sir,

I have lost my pancard and applied for duplicate.

But NSDL raised query saying the pan application name does not match the ITD.

As suggested, i have got the document required and shared same

But now they rejected the saying document is not valid. As the telephone # is not also not valid i am not able to really find out what they are looking for.

This is a real pain.. I have been paying all my income tax regularly on this PAN. Now getting a PAN duplicate itself is become big issue.

Please help.
