Has this problem been resolved from your end? I have been facing the same issue, need an update on how to resolve this? No Update from Cognizant side.

Yess. My issue has been resolved. you just have to go to window account which you open for joining cognizant and then go to account settings there will be primary alias option in that outlook mail will be there. just remove that account and add your gmail account there. and then login again to windows account. your problem will be resolved.
