Cognizant — Unable to login one cognizant portal....Please fix the problem

My candidate I'd : 20006139

I am not able to login 1C portal. After entering my mail id and password, the system shows the number for authentication. and it will shows go to your mobile and open authenticator app and enter the number show to sign in. But any authentication number and notification doesn't shown in my authenticator app .

April 13, 2023 is my onboarding date, Some people said that the onboarding pass required for onboarding can only be downloaded from the one Cognizant portal.I have this problem and I can't open the 1c portal and did not download the onboarding pass.So please provide me a other login option (or) send me the onboarding pass for my registered mail id.
