Cognizant — Unable to login to 1C portal[protected]

I am unable to login to 1C portal. I am getting an error. This is happening since yesterday. My email is [protected]@gmail.com

The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account

I got offer letter for internship on 29 Jan 2021 but I could not join due to my mother's illness. 22 march 2021 i received another offer letter and i completed all the formalities.
