[Resolved]  Cognizant — Unable to login to cognizant portal to submit my documents

I am not able to login to one cognizant portal.

Getting below error message
AADSTS90072: User account 'nandish.[protected]@GMAIL.COM' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Cognizant' and cannot access the application 'https://onecognizantexternal.cognizant.com'(ENT_onecognizantexternal_...⇄ in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account

Earlier I logged into the portal and completed BGV and pre-joining formalities.

Please help me out to resolve this issue.

I did sent out mail to my recruiter.. But still didn't got any response from past 1 week.. Can you please help me with any HR or POC who resolved your issue. My joining date is on 23rd Aug.

Im too facing the same issue..My doj is on 17 Sep 2021, I'm unable to login to 1C portal for past 5 days. Have raised through mail and Query, but still unable to login the 1C portal

Is there any ways to resolve my issue??
I have already received my joining date from cognizant as 17 sep 2021. 3days back when I try to login in 1 C portal it seems that I'm unable to sign in the account.. I have raised my issue through c2c queries login... Is there any solution for my issue
