Cognizant — Unable to login to one cognizant

Hello Sir,
My name is Rahul Kumar. Candidate id[protected].

I got a mail from cognizant to complete my pre joining formalities. But I am unable to login to the one cognizant portal. Everytime when i am trying to login it shows me error. I have been stuck from 6 days.please help me so that I can complete my pre joining fomalities . Below is the error that is geeting displayed everytime.

The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.
