Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation — Government Drinking water Tap removed

Respected Sir,

I am Meenaa from Singanallur Coimbatore residing here for past 5 years in my street always Boyar cast people removing drinking water tap there is no way to catch water for people one side tap only available someone removing otherwise tap after 10pm drinking water will come only once all are having drinking water connection in their house then also they will take drinking water from government tap but why they remove drinking water tap holder from government tap, below I have attached photo and video of removed tap holder, please take action on my complaint.
