Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation — Property tax

Address: CCMC RSPuram Coimbatore 641002.

On october 1 st 2020 I went to CCMC to pay house and water tax in Mrs.Annapurni Swaminathan’s name. . I handed over a booklet which had to be replaced. I was refused payment and booklet returned with no answers as to why payment was taken.
Can you enlighten me as to what should be done as there is no way paved for online payment.
