Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation — Water problem and water pipe damaged leakage water

We are living in akkammal garden, chinnamettupalayam, saravanampatti post, coimbatore. My house sup water pipe was damage and water leakage .We r struggle on water problem . I already informed area waterman and officer but no response.
And the drinking water supply is not proper and sufficient. mostly they are providing water only twice per month. we have already complaint. but still there is no action taken. we are struggling to manage with insuffcient water. We all were buy water outside for money .Could you please arrange proper time scale for water supply. Please kindly solve my problem. Its not only my problem in that area problem also.
